Der er elementer af b\u00e5de anaerob og aerob fitness involveret i tr\u00e6nings- og kampsammenh\u00e6nge, samt krav til spillernes generelle styrke og power.<br \/>Et testbatteri skal derfor indeholde \u00f8velser, der tester alle disse komponenter. DIU \u00f8nsker med den opdaterede fysprofil at skabe en r\u00f8d tr\u00e5d for alle danske ungdoms- og seniorspillere. Som spiller er det vigtigt at have et godt generelt fitness niveau, derfor testes der bredt og det forventes ogs\u00e5 at spillerne klarer sig godt i alle test og har god balance i deres resultater.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Testning af spillerne er et godt redskab til at m\u00e5le nuv\u00e6rende form, og give spillerne et indblik i deres styrker og mangler ift. tr\u00e6ningsfokus. Dette er ogs\u00e5 et redskab der kan bruges til at h\u00f8jne deres motivation og drive. Yderligere kan test af spillerne bruges til at m\u00e5le effekten af den tr\u00e6ning man laver, s\u00e5 der undervejs kan justeres og rettes til, i tilf\u00e6lde af manglende effekt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>P\u00e5 U18 kvindelandsholdet er der et bredt sp\u00e6nd af \u00e5rgangene, og der vil derfor v\u00e6re to v\u00e6rdis\u00e6t &#8211; Et til de yngste U16 piger og et til de \u00e6ldre U18 piger.
